不同扦插基质对鹅掌柴叶片扦插生根的影响

摘    要:将河沙、蛭石、珍珠岩按不同比例混合,研究7种不同扦插基质对鹅掌柴叶片扦插生根的影响。结果表明:基质的疏松程度、氧气含量的高低是影响鹅掌柴叶片扦插生根的主要因素之一。7种扦插基质中,T3(珍珠岩)、T5(河沙:珍珠岩=75:25)、T7(河沙:珍珠岩=50:50)处理的生根效果显著好于T1(河沙)、T2(蛭石)、T4(河沙:蛭石=75:25)和T6(河沙:蛭石=50:50)处理。

Abstract:A research on the effects of 7 different cuttage matrixes from the mixture of sand,vermiculite and perlite in different ratios on the rooting of Schefflera octophylla’ leaves was conducted.The results showed that the porosity of cuttage matrix and oxygen content were supposed to impact the rooting of Schefflera octophylla’ leaves.In the 7 cottage matrixes,the treatments with T3(perlite),T5(sand:perlite=75:25),T7(sand:perlite=50:50) had a better effect on rooting than the treatments with T1(sand),T2(vermiculite),T4(sand:vermiculite=75:25) and T6(sand:vermiculite=50:50).
