摘    要:从促进植物光合作用、提高抗氧化潜能、维持细胞膜脂稳定以及诱导脱落酸合成等方面总结了三唑类杀菌剂的生长调节功能,特别是对植物抵抗逆境胁迫的影响,阐明三唑类杀菌剂的独特性和优越性。综合近年来相关文献发现,三唑类杀菌剂可以有效增强植物的光合作用、增加酶类与非酶类抗氧化剂含量、降低丙二醛含量、促进脯氨酸合成与积累、提高体内脱落酸水平,从而有效缓解植物逆境胁迫压力。进一步研究三唑类化合物增强植物抗逆性的分子机制研究,可以为提高三唑类杀菌剂的应用价值及市场潜力提供帮助。

Abstract:Triazole fungicides have double functions in the agriculture. In addition to be the efficient and harmless specific fungicides, they also have function as non-traditional plant growth regulators which protect plants against various environmental stresses. In this paper, the specificity and superiority of triazole fungicides have been clarified by summarizing the regulatory function to plants growth and their influence on promoting stresses tolerance of plants including enhancing plant photosynthesis and the anti-oxidation potential, improving cell membrane lipid stability and the level of ABA. Triazole fungicides have resistance to various environmental stresses efficiently by promoting plant photosynthesis, improving the concentration of antioxidants including enzymatic and nonenzymatic, decreasing the level of MDA, increasing the accumulation of proline, and enhancing the level of ABA. There are scanty reports on the molecular mechanism of fungicides promoting plants stress resistance. Thus valuable references for the research and development of novel agriculture chemicals will be provided.
