| 摘 要： | 合理的国有林产权制度,有利于理顺和调整国有林产权主体关系,实现各产权主体合理的利益分享,对于促进国有森林资源的合理开发和利用意义重大。本文分析了国有林产权制度存在的问题,并针对现存的问题提出进一步完善国有林产权制度改革的内容。
