| 摘 要： | 该文以大量翔实的调查资料，从生态学、地理学、灾害学、农经学相结合的角度，分析论证了西北黄土高原水土流失区制约粮食生产发展的因素，干旱发生规律及其主要类型，进而对该区干旱缺水的因素进行了深层次的研究；对粮食及农业生产的防旱抗旱减灾活动提供了理论依据。
