摘    要:研究了加速溶剂萃取仪提取土壤中有机氯农药残留的最佳条件。研究表明,采用正己烷和丙酮(1:1V/V)的混合溶剂为提取剂,萃取温度40℃,压力为10.3MPa;该方法无需对样品净化,样品经提取、浓缩后,以大口径毛细管柱为分离柱,GC-ECD检测,内标法定量;方法简单、快捷、经济,平均加标回收率为79.4%~102.1%,RSD为2.34%~5.72%,检测限为0.041~0.133ng/g。

Abstract:The optimum extraction condition was studied for organochlorine pesticides in soil using accelerated solvent extraction (ASE). The sample was extracted with hexane-acetone (1∶1,V/V). The temperature of extract was 40 ℃,and the pressure was 10.3 MPa . The sample didn't need to clean-up. Organochlorine pesticides in sample were extracted using ASE and concentrated. Then it was determinated by wide-bore capillary(DB-5,30 m×0.53 mm×1.5 μm) gas chromatography with electron capture detector,and quantified by internal standard method. This method was simple,fast and economical. Recovery ranged between 79.4 %~102.1 % and the relative standard deviation was between 2.34 %~5.72 %. The limit detection was 0.041~0.133 ng/g.
