废液胶浸胶量与竹材层压板物理力学性能的关系

摘    要:废液胶浸胶量与竹材层压板物理力学性能的定量关系。结果表明,在设定的研究条件下,浸胶量对板的弹性模量和干状静曲强度无显著影响;对沸水和蒸煮静曲强度、冷水浸泡厚度膨胀率和沸水蒸煮厚度膨胀率有显著的影响且依次分别可用Y=156.345-72454x+12.006X2,Y=10.309-1.245x+0.0186X2和Y=68.267-9.906X+0.565X2表示。

Abstract:The quantitative reIationships between impregnation rate of adhesive made from reclaimed sodium phenoxide soaked up by bamboo strip and physi-mechanical propertles of the laminated bamboo board were studied. The resuts showed that the adhesive impregnation rate did not effect MOE and MOR at a normal state; but significantly effect MOR after boiling for 3h,TS in cool water,and TS in boiling water. The quantitative relationships were expressed as follows: Y = 156. 345- 72. 454X 12. 006X2, Y = 10. 309 - 1. 245X 0. 0186X2,and Y = 68. 267-9. 906X 0. 565X2.
