摘    要:以二年生越橘"圣云"幼苗为试验材料,探讨重金属铅和镉胁迫下越橘不同器官的响应特性。结果表明:在铅处理下,越橘根系中铅的含量大于茎和叶,当铅质量分数<60 mg/kg时,茎中铅的含量大于叶片,而当铅处理浓度高于此值时,则叶片中铅的含量大于茎;在镉处理下,越橘不同器官中镉含量排列顺序为根>茎>叶;越橘茎部和叶片对镉的富集能力大于其对铅的富集能力;2种重金属处理的幼苗生物量分析结果表明:随着土壤中重金属铅、镉浓度的升高,植株生物量指标均呈现下降的趋势,且同浓度处理条件下,铅胁迫对应的幼苗下降幅度大于镉。

Abstract:The response characteristics of blueberry under lead and cadmium stress were studied using two-year-old "St.Cloud" seedlings as experimental materials.The results showed that under lead treatment,lead content of root was higher than that of stem or leaf.When treatment concentration was below 60 mg/kg,lead content presented stem> leaf,conversely,lead content presented leaf> stem;under cadmium treatment,cadmium content presented root> stem> leaf;accumulation abilities of stem and leaf to cadmium were stronger than to lead.The biomass analysis results indicated that dry weight of root,stem,and leaf was decreased with the increase of lead and cadmium concentration,biomass decrease of seedlings under lead stress was greater than under cadmium stress with the same treatment concentration.
