鹿油脱色工艺条件优化

摘    要:以梅花鹿油脂为试验原料,研究脱色剂种类、脱色剂用量、脱色温度、脱色时间及振荡速度对梅花鹿油脂脱色率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验方法对梅花鹿油脂脱色工艺进行优化,得到梅花鹿油脂脱色最佳工艺条件为活性炭与沸石比例1∶10,脱色剂用量7.0%,脱色温度95℃,脱色时间25 min,振荡速度120 r/min。在该条件下梅花鹿油脂脱色率达89.35%,梅花鹿油脂损失率18.76%。

Abstract:With the raw material of sika deer oil,the effects of the type and additive amount of the decolorizer,decoloring temperature,time,and oscillation speed on the decolorization rate of sika deer oil were discussed.On the basis of single factor tests,the method of orthogonal test analysis with five factors and four levels was adopted,and the factors influencing technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis.The optimization of decoloring process of sika deer oil was discussed.The results showed that the optimum decoloring conditions were as follows: activated carbon and artificial zeolite in ratio of 1∶10,decolorizer dosage of 7.0%,decoloring temperature of 95 ℃,decoloring time of 25 minutes,and oscillation speed of 120 r/min.Under these conditions,the decoloring rate reached 89.35% and loss rate 18.76%.
