| 摘 要： | 目的]构建四川省土地开发整理项目效益评价体系,为项目立项、项目验收及后评价提供依据。方法]采用对比法及层次分析法。结果]从社会、生态、经济效益3个准则层及22个指标层构建了土地开发整理项目效益评价体系。结论]评价指标符合四川省土地开发整理项目工程特点,评价指标体系的判别矩阵具有满意的一致性,评价结果具有可对比性和可操作性。
