螺旋取土钻的设计与研制

摘    要:介绍了螺旋取土钻的设计及制作,螺旋取土钻由螺旋钻杆、套筒、土壤收集盒以及液压动力部分组成。在土壤采样过程中,取土钻套筒垂直地面向下运动,螺旋钻杆带动叶片旋转,切碎土壤并推升土壤向上移动进入土壤收集盒,具有减小取土贯入阻力、土壤切削阻力和减粘脱土的作用。与人工取土相比,螺旋取土钻减轻了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:The design and application of the spiral earth drill is introduced,which comprises spiral drill pipe,sleeve,soil collecting box and the hydraulic power. In the soil sampling process,the sleeve moves downward vertically,and spiral drill drives the blades to rotate and chop soil,and pushes up the soil to move upward into the soil collecting box.
