摘    要:目的]研究氮、磷营养对云南松幼苗生长的影响,为云南松苗木培育提供理论依据。方法]采用温室沙培盆栽试验,设置低氮、低磷、缺磷3种营养液处理水平,以平衡营养液处理为对照,研究云南松幼苗针叶的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量、光合速率等光合生理指标及其幼苗生物量的变化。结果]氮、磷缺乏时,云南松幼苗松针的叶绿素含量和光合速率均下降;缺磷、低磷处理时,云南松幼苗松针的可溶性蛋白含量上升,尤其是缺磷条件下,可溶性蛋白含量是对照的2.3倍,低氮处理时,可溶性蛋白含量下降;氮、磷缺乏时,云南松幼苗的可溶性糖含量均呈不同程度的升高,并且以磷的缺乏时更为明显,而氮的影响相对较小;对生物量的影响则表现为,氮、磷缺乏时,云南松幼苗地上生物量、地下生物量及全株干重均比对照低,但差异不显著,根冠比则不同,缺磷、低磷时根冠比高于对照,低氮处理时则低于对照。结论]磷缺乏比氮缺乏对云南松幼苗的生长影响更明显,云南松幼苗对氮胁迫比对磷胁迫的适应性更强。

Effects of Different Nitrogen and Phosphorus Levels on the Photosynthetic Physiology and Biomass of Pinus yunnanensis Seedlings

Abstract:Objective] The effects of nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P) nutrients on the growth of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings were studied so as to provide a theoretical base for the seedlings nursing and cultivation.Method] Using sand culture potted test in greenhouse,establishing 3 nutrient solution levels of low-nitrogen(LN),low-phosphorus(LP) and none-phosphorus(SP),the changes of the photosynthetic physiology indices(such as chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar contents,photosynthetic rate) and seedling biomass of P.yunnanensis were investigated with equilibrium nutrient solution as control(CK).Result]The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and Pn in needle-leaves of P.yunnanensis under N and P treatments all decreased than CK.The contents of soluble protein increased in SP and LP,which was 2.3 times in SP than CK,but decreased in LN.The content of soluble sugar rose in LN,LP and SP and the increasing extent was more obvious in SP and LP than LN.Compared with CK,the biomass of SP,LP and LN descended.However,the root/shoot ratio increased in SP and LP,decreased in LN.Conclusion] The reactions of seedlings in P.yunnanensis to P-nutrient stress were more sensitive than to N-nutrient stress.
