摘    要:探讨钢质平衡木直径对小鼠感觉运动能力年龄效应的影响,找出钢质平衡木最适检测直径.结果表明,在3种直径的平衡杆上, SAMP8鼠的平衡时间均显示出阶梯式年龄相关性下降;3种平衡杆均能检测出SAMR1株的年龄效应,但仅在10 mm直径杆上呈典型阶梯式下降.综合考察,10 mm直径的平衡杆最能有效地检测出小鼠年龄相关性感觉运动能力下降.

Abstract:To explore the effect of different diameters on the performance of sensorimotor on the beam,the steel rods with 6,10 and 14 mm in diameters were used,and the balance time of the SAMP8 and the SAMR1 mice aged 2,6 and 11 months on the rods was recorded separately.The results indicated that the balance time decreased with ages in each kind of rod in the SAMP8 mice,but this decrease pattern was only typically detectable on the 10 mm diameter rod in the SAMR1 mice.Our results suggested that the rod of 10 mm diameter was optimal to measure the age-related changes in sensorimotor ability in the SAM mice.
