茉莉花精油提取技术的研究进展

摘    要:茉莉花精油是鲜花开放过程中释放的次生代谢产物,以其幽雅的气味及多功能的生物活性被广泛应用在花茶加工、化妆品、食品、医疗等方面。本文分析茉莉花释香机理及香气成分,阐述目前茉莉精油常见的蒸馏萃取法、溶剂浸提法、吸附法、超临界CO2萃取法等提取方法的原理及其优缺点。根据茉莉花释香的特殊习性,提出将先进技术亚临界流体萃取法作为一种环保、高效的茉莉精油提取方法。

Abstract:Jasmine oil is the secondary metabolite during its blooming, with the smell of elegant and multifunctional biological activities, it is widely applied in cosmetics, food, medical treatment,etc. The paper analyzed the aroma releasing mechanism and aroma components of jasmine flower, and the principle,advantage and disadvantage of extraction methods including simultaneous distillation, extraction, solvent-extraction method, adsorption method, supercritical fluid CO2 extraction were discussed. According to the aroma releasing mechanism of jasmine flower, the paper suggested advanced technology of subcritical fluid extraction as environmental and high-efficiency method for extracting jasmine oil.
