| 摘 要： | 生态县的评价指标和方法是衡量城市生态规划、建设、管理成效的主要依据。笔者以山西省长治县为例,探讨了全排列多边形综合图示评价法在生态县建设评价中的应用。结果表明：长治县生态县建设综合指标在2008年还处于一个较低的水平,发展能力较弱,部分指标与生态县建设的指标要求差距较大;到2010年长治县的综合指标有明显的增幅;在2015年将逐步达到综合指标的要求;到2020年,长治县的生态建设将会稳步向前,部分指标会超出指标要求,并且不断提高。
