杏香兔耳风总黄酮的超声提取工艺

摘    要:探讨了杏香兔耳风中总黄酮的超声提取工艺,通过正交试验得出最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度40%,料液比1∶20,提取温度75℃,提取时间1 h。在该条件下总黄酮的提取得率为4.95%。

Abstract:Ultrasonic extraction technics in extracting total flavonoids from Ainsliaea fragrans Champ.was discussed,and the relevant optimum conditions were determined with orthogonal experiments.The optimum technique was:40% ETH as extracting solvent;temperature was 75 ℃;time was 1 h and stock ratio was 1∶20.The yield was 4.95%.
