摘    要:采用土壤保水剂复合基质法,研究草毯生产中土壤保水剂对卧茎景天的生长及生物量的影响,其结果表明:土壤保水剂处理对卧茎景天株高、地径的生长具有一定的促进效应,保水剂处理(1、2、3)与CK,总体上存在着显著差异;土壤保水剂处理对卧茎景天的叶绿素含量具有促进效应,处理1、2、3与CK之间差异达到显著水平;土壤保水剂处理对卧茎景天的生物量具有促进效应,不同处理与CK之间存在多样化的差异显著性;土壤保水剂处理对卧茎景天的光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率产生了不同的效应,处理(1、2、3)从总体上改变了卧茎景天光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率的日变化进程,影响了峰值和低谷值的出现,并使均值与CK相比存在显著差异。

Effects of SAPs on Growth and Biomass of Sedum sarmentosum in Grass Carpet Production

Abstract:The paper aims to solve the problem of optimizing the growth of Sedum sarmentosum in grass carpet production.The effect of SAPs on the growth and biomass of Sedum sarmentosum in grass carpet production was studied based on SAPs composited matrix method. The results showed that the treatment of SAPs could promote the growth of plant height and ground diameter of Sedum sarmentosum, and there were significant differences between the treatments of SAPs (1, 2, 3) and CK on the whole; The treatment of SAPs could promote the chlorophyll content of Sedum sarmentosum, and the differences between treatment 1, 2, 3 and CK were as high as possible to a significant level. The treatment of SAPs had a promoting effect on the biomass of Sedum sarmentosum, and there were significant differences in diversity between different treatments and CK; The treatment of SAPs had different effects on on Pn, Tr and WUE of Sedum sarmentosum. The treatments of SAPs (1, 2, 3) altered the diurnal variation of Pn, Tr and WUE of Sedum sarmentosum, affected the emergence of peak and valley values. And there is a significant difference between the mean and CK.
