正交试验优化长白忍冬嫩枝扦插技术研究

摘    要:采用正交试验设计方法,开展了长白忍冬嫩枝扦插技术的优化试验。正交试验的3因素为不同生根促进物质、不同浓度和不同浸泡时间,试验观测指标有生根率、生根数和根长度,计算根系指数、根系效果指数,并对观测数据进行方差分析和多重比较。方差分析后3个指标的Sig均为0.000,在0.05水平上差异达到了极显著水平;多重比较后,综合3个指标的综合表现,确定处理号2为最佳处理组合,即最佳组合为A1B2C2,即用200 mg/L双吉尔-GGR生根粉处理30 min,直接进行扦插,生根率、生根数和根长分别为89%、15根和17.5 cm,根系效果指数达13.91。

Optimization of Cutting Propagation Conditions of Lonicera ruprechtiana Based on Orthogonal Test

Abstract:Inorder to study on more optimal breeding technology for the cutting propagation of Lonicera ruprechtiana by using orthogonal design method have been carried out.Factors of the orthogonal test were hormone, concentration and treatment time. Indicatiors of test were the rooting ratio, number and length of root, and calculated root index and root effectiveness index.By analysis of variance the Sig was 0.000, and the difference has been reached a very significant level.The number 2 was the best treatment through multiple comparisons results and indicators. The best combination was A1 B2 C2, the cuttings have been dipped 30 minutes with 200 mg/L GGR.Under the best conditions, the rooting ratio was 89%, the number of roots was15, the length of roots was 17.5 cm, and the rooting effectiveness index was 13.91.
