| 摘 要： | 21世纪以来,中国经济快速增长,带动了体育产业的发展,高尔夫运动也得到了快速的发展。然而,高尔夫运动伴随着较高风险的运动性肌肉疲劳与运动性心理疲劳。指出了芳香植物能在一定程度上预防并治疗运动性肌肉疲劳与心理疲劳,但相关研究多集中于临床治疗和医疗保健等方面。高尔夫球场上芳香植物的应用多以园林美化为目的,未能充分发挥其在运动性疲劳方面的预防与保健功效。因此,芳香植物在高尔夫球场上的应用前景亟待开发。

| Abstract: | The 21st century has witnessed unprecedented advancement in economy as well as development of golf. However, golf is accompanied by higher risk of exercise muscle fatigue and exercise mental fatigue. From relative researchers' perspective, aromatic plants play a significant role in preventing and curing exercise-induced muscle and mental fatigue mentioned above, but the majority of relevant studies concentrate on clinical treatment and health care. Apart from that, the application of aromatic plants in golf courses aims to improve the quality of landscape, so it does not make full use of aromatic plants. Therefore, it is high time that studies were conducted to apply aromatic plants on golf courses to alleviate fatigue. |
