野生与种植黑果枸杞原花青素、维生素B1、多糖含量的比较

摘    要:为测定野生和种植黑果枸杞中原花青素、维生素B1、多糖的含量,给种植黑果枸杞的研发提供依据。采用盐酸-正丁醇法测定了黑果枸杞中原花青素的含量,荧光法测定了维生素B1的含量,苯酚-硫酸法测定了黑果枸杞的多糖含量。结果表明:种植黑果枸杞的原花青素、维生素B1、多糖的含量高于野生黑果枸杞。且种植黑枸杞原花青素含量高于野生黑枸杞的1倍。5个种植区黑枸杞3个指标含量有差异。种植黑果枸杞与野生黑果枸杞原花青素、多糖、维生素B1含量比较是升高趋势,种植黑枸杞成分含量存在地区差异,提示种植黑果枸杞时需要选择适合的种植区。

Abstract:The contents of procyanidins, vitamin B1 and polysaccharides in wild and cultivated medlar were determined to provide a basis for the research and development of medlar cultivation. The content of proanthocyanidins in lyciumbarbarum l. was determined by hydrochloric acid-n-butanol method;the content of vitamin B1 was determined by fluorescence method, and the content of polysaccharide in lyciumbarbarum was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The content of proanthocyanidins, vitamin B1 and polysaccharides in cultivated wolfberry was higher than that in wild wolfberry.And the content of procyanidins in cultivated black medlar was twice than that of wild black medlar.The contents of 3 indexes of black wolfberry in 5 planting areas were different. The content of proanthocyanidins, polysaccharides and vitamin B1 of cultivated and wild wolfberry was increased.There are regional differences in the content of black wolfberry.It is suggested to choose suitable planting area when planting black fruit wolfberry.
