摘 要: | 对目前提高转基因植物标记基因安全性的方法进行综述,包括共转化法、转座子法、位点特异性重组系统、同源重组以及利用无选择标记基因的转化系统及安全标记基因的转化系统。介绍了上述各方法的原理、优缺点及其在转基因植物中的研究进展,并对其未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: | Techniques developed in recent years to improve security in using marker genes in transgenic plants were reviewed,including co-transformation,transposition,site-specific recombination,homologous recombination,non-selective marker gene transformation system and biosafety marker genes transformation system.The principles,the merits,shortcomings of different approaches and the research achievements in transgenic plants were introduced,and a prospect of their development was proposed. |
