层板及其钉连接层积材弹性模量的关系研究

摘    要:主要研究了钉连接层积材和层板弹性模量之间的关系,测定了117根层板的抗弯弹性模量,经Weibull分析,此批层板弹性模量达不到5900 MPa的概率仅为5.53%。选取其中48根层板,将4根层板通过钉连接组成1组,共得到12组钉连接层积材。研究表明:钉连接层积材的弹性模量均高于对应的层板弹性模量最小值,但小于4根层板弹性模量的平均值。采用Origin软件拟合分析钉连接层积材和层板弹性模量之间的关系,发现钉连接层积材和对应的层板弹性模量平均值、标准差之间存在三元一次方程关系。本研究建立钉连接层积材和层板弹性模量之间的关系,可以为预测钉连接层积材的刚度提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper,the relationship between the modulus of elasticity(MOE)of nail-laminated timbers and lumbers was studied.The MOE of 117 pieces of lumbers were tested by the bending test.The probability of the MOE of the lumbers less than 5900 MPa was 5.53%by Weibull analysis.Totally 48 pieces of lumbers were selected randomly and then 12 pieces of nail-laminated timbers was manufactured.Each nail-laminated timber was made from four pieces of lumbers by nails.The MOE of each nail-laminated timber was higher than that of the related lumber which showed the lowest value.However,it was lower than the average value of the related four lumbers.The relationship between the MOE of nail-laminated timbers and lumbers was analyzed by the Origin software.The three-variable linear relationship was found between the MOE of nail-laminated timbers and the mean value and standard deviation of MOE of related lumbers.This study established the relationship between the MOE of nail-laminated timbers and lumbers,which would provide references to the prediction of stiffness of nail-laminated timbers.
