脲醛树脂包覆水性涂料微胶囊的制备及对木器裂纹涂层性能的影响

摘    要:采用原位聚合法制备了脲醛树脂包覆水性涂料微胶囊,并将微胶囊按不同质量分数加入水性涂料中,研究不同微胶囊质量分数对木器表面水性裂纹涂层性能及自修复性能的影响。试验中微胶囊芯壁比分别为0.30、0.45、0.60、0.67、0.75,加入水性裂纹涂料的质量分数分别为1.0%、4.0%、7.0%、10.0%、13.0%、16.0%,结果表明:微胶囊芯壁比为0.67时,微胶囊分散均匀,粒径在3μm左右,呈粉末状,包覆效果最好。当微胶囊加入面漆的质量分数为4.0%时,漆面性能较好,附着力为二级,光泽度在60°下为10.9,抗冲击力为15 kg·cm,色差为1.0,硬度为H,对微裂纹愈合程度较佳。

Abstract:The microcapsules of waterborne coatings coated with urea formaldehyde resin were made by insitu polymerization,and were added into the waterborne coatings according to different mass fraction.The influence of different mass fraction of microcapsules on the performance of waterborne crack coating on wood surface and the self-healing performance was studied.In the experiment,the core-wall ratio of microcapsules was 0.30,0.45,0.60,0.67 and 0.75 respectively,and the mass fraction of waterborne crack coating was 1.0%,4.0%,7.0%,10.0%,13.0%and 16.0%,respectively.The results showed that when the core-wall ratio of microcapsules was 0.67,the microcapsules were evenly dispersed,the particle size was about 3μm,they were in powder form,and the coverage effect was the best.When the mass fraction of the microcapsule added to the topcoat was 4.0%,the surface performance was better.The adhesion was the second grade,the gloss was 10.9 at 60°,the impact resistance was 15 kg·cm,the color difference was 1.0,the hardness was H,which had the best effect on the micro crack healing.
