| 摘 要： | 变色产品广泛应用于建筑、服装及工业领域,但是针对木器表面水性涂层变色材料研究较少。从底漆道数、面漆道数与变色粉的添加方式三个方面探究添加变色粉的水性涂料在杉木表面的最佳涂覆工艺以及变色效果,测试了漆膜光学性能、变色效果、力学性能和耐液性能。结果表明:底漆涂刷方式对漆膜色差影响最大,变色粉添加方式对漆膜光泽度影响最大,而相同测试条件下三种因素都不影响漆膜抗冲击力、附着力、耐液等级、光泽度,以及水性涂料漆膜/杉木成分;底漆2道、面漆2道、变色粉于面漆中添加为可逆变色水性涂料的理想涂覆工艺,可以实现稳定、可持续的变色效果。

| Abstract: | Color-changing products are widely used in the fields of architecture,clothing and industry,but there are few researches on color changing materials of waterborne coating on wood surface.The best coating process and color-changing effect of the waterborne paint with color-changing powder added on the surface of Chinese fir were explored from three aspects:the number of primer-coating,top coating and adding way of colorchanging powder.The optical properties,discoloration effect,mechanical properties and liquid resistance of the paint film were tested.It is found that the primer brushing mode has the greatest influence on the color difference of paint film,and the way of applying primer has the greatest influence on the color difference of the paint film.However,under the same test conditions,all those three factors have no effect on impact resistance,adhesion,liquid film resistance level,the gloss of coatings and the composition of waterborne coatings/Chinese fir.The results showed that the best coating process for the reversible color waterborne coating is obtained by adding 2 primers,2 coats of topcoat and color-changing powder to the topcoat,and the discoloration effect was stable and sustainable. |
