摘    要:评教工作是高职院校特色办学的客观需求,也是林业高职院校自我监督和改进管理的有效依据。以湖北生态工程职业技术学院园林技术专业的两个年级和实习返校毕业生为调查对象,针对学校教学管理、学生职业能力倾向等方面设置调查问卷,分学业态度、培养模式、办学基础条件、学生个人发展要求、教学实习实训与考核等五个单元共21个问题。对问卷回收分析表明,积极的学业态度促进学生职业能力发展,知识更新的培养模式与先进的办学条件促进学习氛围和健康校园文化,实习实训设置将影响学生职业技能的拓展。评价体系建设是办学水平的重要促进手段,必须建立科学、长效的办学质量评价体系,以提升整体办学水平,增强学校竞争力,确保林业职教体系健康发展。

Abstract:The education evaluation is not only the objective demand of higher vocational colleges running with characteristics,but also the effective basis of self-supervision and management improvement of forestry vocational college.The questionnaire was set up covering a total of 21 questions in 5 different groups for the students from 2 grades and the graduates back from internship major in Garden Technique in Hubei Ecology Polytechnic College,including academic attitude,training mode,basic conditions of college running,students′personal development requirements,teaching practice and examination.The analysis for the questionnaire showed that the positive academic attitude promoted the development of students,the training mode of knowledge renewal and advanced conditions promoted the learning atmosphere and healthy campus culture,and the setting of practice and training affected the development of students′vocational skills.The construction of evaluation system was an important means to promote the running level of colleges.The scientific and long-term evaluation system should be established to improve the overall running level,enhance the competitiveness of colleges and ensure the healthy development of forestry vocational education system.
