沙柳材物理力学特性测定与分析

摘    要:为研究沙柳材物理力学特性,按照木材物理力学性能测试方法和沙生灌木相关标准,测定了沙柳气干材的含水率,得到沙柳气干材的含水率为10.41%;对沙柳气干材分别进行顺纹拉伸试验、压缩试验、三点弯曲试验。结果表明:沙柳气干材顺纹最大抗拉强度为133.28 MPa;轴向、弦向和径向的抗压强度分别为73.00、11.20 MPa和12.84 MPa;抗弯强度为106.31 MPa。研究可为沙柳锯切仿真提供数据支持。

Abstract:In order to determine the physical and mechanical characteristics of Salix wood,the moisture content of Salix air dry material was determined in strict accordance with the method of wood physical and mechanical test and the national forestry standard of sand shrub,and the moisture content of the dry material was 10.41%.Tensile test,compression test and three-point bending test were performed on Salix air dry material.The results showed that the maximum tensile strength of Salix air dry material along the grain was 133.28 MPa;the axial,chordal,and radial compressive strengths were 73.00 MPa,11.20 MPa,and 12.84 MPa,respectively;and the flexural strength was 106.31 MPa.The research can provide data support for sawing simulation of Salix.
