摘    要:目的]研究施氮水平时饲用高梁茎秆品质性状积累规律的影响,为饲用高粱生产中合理施用氮肥提供参考。方法]以饲用高粱品种天农青饲1号为材料,设置4个施氮水平,研究氮肥对各品质性状积累的影响。结果]4个处理中,粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量都随生育进程不断增加,粗纤维含量先降低后升高,粗灰分和无氮浸出物含量则不断降低。粗蛋白含量随着施氮量的递增而递增,超过桌临界点时,又随施氮量的增加而下降;粗纤维含量从拔节后24~52d随施氮量的递增而递增;不同处理间粗脂肪和粗灰分的含量差异均不显著。结论]施用氮肥可改进饲用高粱茎秆的品质,施纯氮28.0kg/hm^2时,品质性状的综合表现最好。

Effects of Different Levels of Nitrogen Fertilizer on Accumulating Regulation of Quality Characters in Forage Sorghum Stalk

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different levels of nitrogen fertilizer on accumulating regulation of quality characters in forage sorghum,to provide the reference for rational application of nitrogen in production.Method] With forage sorghum cultivar of Tiannong Qingsi No.1 as tested material,the accumulation of quality characters was studied by setting 4 nitrogen levels.Result] The results showed that under 4 nitrogen levels the content of crude protein and crude fat continuously increased,the content of crude fiber decreased firstly and increased subsequently and the content of crude ash and nitrogen-free extract continuously decreased.Crude protein content increased with the increase of nitrogen rate,but decreased when nitrogen rate reached a certain critical point.Crude fiber content increased with the increase of nitrogen rate between 24 and 52 days after jointing.There was no significant difference among different treatments in the content of crude fat and crude ash.Conclusion] Nitrogen could improve the quality of forage sorghum stalk,and all the characters were the best when the amount of pure nitrogen was 28.0 kg/hm2.
