| 摘 要： | 对烟草加工和卷烟加工过程产生的废弃物(烟梗和碎烟叶)的化学成分进行分析、磨浆和抄纸试验,研究烟梗、碎烟叶、纸浆的配比与打浆度对烟草薄片抗张强度和耐折度的影响.结果表明:造纸法烟草薄片的生产工艺条件为烟梗、碎烟叶、纸浆的配比1∶0.3∶0.05,打浆度40°SR,薄片的物理性能可达到所需质量要求.

| Abstract: | The chemical compositions of tobacco caulis and tobacco powder were analyzed.The factors include the ratio of tobacco caulis,tobacco leaf and pulp,and the syrup degree and moisture content,which affect tensile strength and folding resistance of the tobacco slice prepared by papermaking,were investigated.The result indicated that the physical properties of the tobacco slice could meet the quality requirement after being treated on the following conditions: the ratio of tobacco caulis,tobacco leaf and pulp 1∶0.3∶0.05,the syrup degree 40°SR. |
