柴油机压强脉冲增压及试验分析

摘    要:气缸充气量的大小,是内燃机性能好坏的先决条件。因此,有许多科研工作者,通过把柴油机的进气管适当地加长,增加了气缸内的充气压力和每循环的充气量,从而提高了柴油机功率和降低了耗油率。本文应用气波传播的原理进行分析,以及应用流体的连续性方程和欧拉运动方程进行推导,都阐明了由于活塞的变加速度运动,使得在吸气过程中进气管中的气流产生压强脉冲,从而认为实现这种增压的主要起作用因素是压强脉冲,并且利用压力脉动曲线与气体分子速度波的相位关系推导了最佳进气管长的计算公式。全文持以压强脉冲增压的观点比较系统地在理论上论述了这种增压现象的物理过程,并对台架试验结果进行了分析。


INCREASING-PRESSURE BY PRESSURE PULSE AND EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF DIESEL ENGINE
Abstract:It is well known that a Diesel performs under the condition precedent to how much the air is drawn into the cylinder.Therefore many scientists have tried to make a lot of experiments on it.They found that lengthening a Diesel inlet pipe can increase the air pressure inside the cylinder and the amount of air per cycle,as a result the Diesel can accentuate its power and cut down the consumption of fuel. This thesis make advances to the problem.Analysing the physical process according to the principle of air wave motion,and deducing the formulae based on the continuity equation as well as Euler movement equation,we enunciate that the occurrence of an air pressure pulse inside the inlet pipe is due to the piston moving in an alterative aceteration. So we come to the conclusion that the main factor of increasing the air pressure is pressure pulse.On the other hand.according to the phase relation between the pressure pulse curve and the air molecule velocity wave,we put forward some simple formulae for calculating the inlet pipe length needed.In addition,the paper also gives the information. As a general,with the viewpoint of the airflow pulse that increased the pressure,we make a systematic exposition written in this paper.
