| 摘 要： | 农机购置补贴政策实施7年来,极大地刺激了农民购买农业机械的积极性,促进了农机化的快速发展。但购机补贴资金用途与补贴品种存在错位、售后服务工作不能到位、农业产业化程度处于低位等问题,将影响农机化的快速发展。因此,采取抓服务协调解购机户后顾之忧、抓政策建议争取国家多方面支持、抓农机合作组织促农业产业化发展的＂三抓＂措施,将有助于农机购置补贴工作的开展和农业产业的推进。

| Abstract: | The Agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy implemented seven years, has greatly stimulated the farmers to purchase agricultural machinery and promoted the rapid development of agricultural mechanization. However,use of funds purchase grants and subsidies varieties exist dislocation,after-sales service work can not be put in place ,industrialization of agriculture at a low level,will affect the rapid development of agricultural mechanization. Therefore, ＂three grasping＂ measures will help to purchase agricultural subsidies and agricultural industries to carry out the work of propulsion. |
