| 摘 要： | 随着信息革命与知识经济的兴起,企业核心能力理论逐渐成为占主导地位的企业理论,对企业管理产生了巨大影响。企业核心能力由技术能力与管理能力组成,由于财务管理在企业管理中的重要作用,财务管理能力理应构成企业核心能力的重要组成部分。
