| Abstract: | The forests of Jianhe county of Guizhou province were surveyed by using the LANDSAT TM image in 1999, this was also the first time to use this technique in forest inventory in Guizhou province The approaches, procedures of inventory were introduced, the precision of interpretation was analyzed Some suggestions were put forward to tackle the existing problems in forest inventory |
