浑水沟流域的泥石流及其治理成效

摘    要:浑水沟是大盈江流域一条暴发频度最高、最典型、危害最大的粘性泥石流沟,治理前,年暴发泥石流50余次,每年向大盈江输送泥沙120~150万m~3,流域年侵蚀模数达50万t/km~2。流域内的水源条件和土质条件以及地形陡峻,为泥石流的形成创造了条件。经过综合整治,浑水沟内拦蓄泥沙400万m~3,稳定了大部分滑坡,使泥石流年暴发次数减少为3~4次,年输沙量减少为4.6万m~3。治理后的浑水沟,森林覆盖率已达78%,生态环境大为改善,人工林木材蓄积量达2.45万m~3,经济效益十分显著。

Debris Flow and the Effectiveness of Harnessment in Hunshuigou Basin
Abstract:Hunshuigou gully in the Dayingjiang basin is typified with the occurance of viscous debris flow with high frequency and great danger. Before the harnessment more than 50 events of debris flow took place annual-ly, delivered 1. 2~1. 5 million m3 sediment to the Dayingjiang River With an erosion modulus of 5. 0 ? 104 t/km2. The runoff and soil conditions and the topography of this basin enables the debris flow to take place frequently. Through comprehensive control, 4 million m3 of sediment was retained in the Huashuigou gully, which stablized most land slides, decreased the annual frequency of debris flow to 3~4 times and reduced sediment delivery to only 46 thonsand m3. After the control of Hunshuigou gully, the forest coverage reached 78%, improved greatly the ecological environment. Timber from artificial forest accumulated to 24. 5 thonsand m3. The economic senefit was very obvious.
