| 摘 要： | 文章分析了农机企业危机沟通中信息不对称的表现形式，危机沟通的特点和重要性。指出信息是现代企业危机管理和沟通不可或缺的重要资源。从信息传递、信号甄别和信号失灵三个角度分析了危机沟通的主体和对象对信息的不同需求．提出了有效沟通的对策。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the appearance and importance of the agricultural mechanic enterprise crisis communication, points out that information is the most important source to the management and communication of the modern enterprise. From three aspects --information signaling, information screening and information failure, the article discusses the different demands between the main body and object of the crisis communication. At last, puts forward the countermeasure for effective communication. |
