沙门氏菌对六种氟喹诺酮类药物的敏感性试验

摘    要:对鸡源、猪源、人源、食品源的沙门氏菌进行了鉴定,对敏感菌株进行了耐药性诱导;并用琼脂平板二倍稀释法,测定了6种氟喹诺酮类药物对临床分离和体外诱导的68株沙门氏菌的MIC,结果表明临床沙门氏菌对环丙沙星的耐药率达61.8%(37/60),而且6种氟喹诺酮类药物之间的交叉耐药现象非常严重.

Abstract:Normal biochemical reactions for 68 strains isolated from animals and human were determined.The (results) showed that majority of isolates were Salmonella according to bio-chemical reactions.High- and low-lever (resistance) of Salmonella to ciprofloxacin were obtained with serial passage in MH broth containing subinhibitory concentration of indicating ciprofloxacin or enrofloxacin. At the same time, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of six kinds of fluoroquinolones (FQs) to Salmonella of isolates were determined by agar dilution, 23 strains susceptible to ciprofloxacin and other 37 strains resistant to ciprofloxacin were screened out.
