摘    要:通过在生育期施不同浓度的钙,研究外源钙对马铃薯贮藏品质的影响.试验结果表明,蔗糖含量的变化受钙影响不大,主要与贮藏初期含量有关.高浓度钙处理的马铃薯果糖和葡萄糖含量明显高于低浓度钙处理和对照.随着贮藏期的延长,中等浓度(0.15%CaCl2)钙处理的马铃薯淀粉含量的增幅最大,差异达显著水平;适量的钙浓度能够使可溶性蛋白质的含量有所提高,不施钙和高浓度的钙不利于维持蛋白质的含量:VC的含量在储藏期间有不同程度的降低,高浓度钙对VC的减少有抑制作用,且差异显著.

Abstract:Through application of calcium during the growth, the effects of exogenous calcium on potato storage quality were studied. The results showed that the content of sucrose was rarely impacted by calcium, mainly was related to the content in initial storage.
