| 摘 要： | 目前新疆已建立了＂奖、贷、助、补、免＂为主的贫困大学生资助体系,但未能考虑少数民族贫困大学生的特殊情况,仍然不能从根本上解决这一群体的资助问题。本文着重从资助操作程序,资助形式、方式,资金来源渠道,精神资助的跟进等方面论说新疆少数民族贫困大学生资助政策体系的完善。
