摘    要:研究不同水稻品种在不同生育期主要光合生理指标的变化规律,旨在为水稻品种的选育和栽培提供参考。以绵阳地区4个水稻品种(组合)为试材,用便携式光合作用测量系统测定田间主要光合特性参数。结果表明:不同品种在叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度存在明显差异,各品种不同生育期叶绿素a/b值、净光合速率变化呈单峰曲线。抽穗期,‘成糯88’、‘B6优4761’和‘233A/绵恢768’具有较高的蒸腾速率,而‘冈优725’表现出较低的蒸腾速率;‘冈优725’在灌浆期具有较高的净光合速率。说明‘冈优725’相比于其他3个品种在抽穗期具有更低的需水量,在灌浆期具有更高的生产潜力。

Abstract:The change of photosynthetic physiology index at different growth period in different rice cultivars were investigated for providing a reference for breeding and cultivating rice cultivars. The photosynthetic physiology parameters of 4 rice cultivars (Combinations) of Mianyang were measured by a portable gas exchange fluorescence system (GFS-3000).The results showed that chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs), intracellular concentration of CO2 (Ci) in leaves of 4 cultivars were different and had obvious differences. The change of Chl.a/b and Pn at different growth period in 4 rice cultivars showed single peak curves. Chengnuo 88, B6You 4761 and 233A/Mianhui 768 had high Tr at heading day, while Gangyou 725 had low Tr. Gangyou 725 had high Pn during grain filling. All those indicated that Gangyou 725 had lower demand of water supply at heading day and higher potential productivity during grain filling than the other three cultivars.
