| 摘 要： | 城乡一体化发展是全面建成小康社会的必然要求。黑龙江省是欠发达地区，农村地域辽阔，城乡二元结构矛盾突出，地区间城乡一体化发展差异较大。选取黑龙江省12个主要地市作为研究对象，建立黑龙江省城乡一体化进程评估的指标体系。通过对其经济一体化、生活方式一体化、社会事业一体化及生态环境一体化进行综合分析，发现经济一体化和社会事业一体化对推动黑龙江省城乡一体化发展的贡献相对较大，生活方式和生态环境的贡献不显著，黑龙江城乡发展一体化程度不高，在实证分析的基础上判断12个地市城乡一体化水平差异程度。黑龙江省城乡一体化发展极不平衡，需要因地制宜、分类指导。
