海仙花组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:为了研究海仙花的组织培养与快速繁殖技术,以海仙花的枝条为实验材料,采用不同激素组合对海仙花的无菌芽进行诱导、增殖以及生根实验,筛选出了适合海仙花快繁的最佳培养条件。海仙花无菌芽从诱导、增殖、分化到生根可以采用同一种培养基,即MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L+活性炭5 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂8 g/L。实验结果为海仙花快速繁殖技术提供有效的方法。

Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Weigela coraeensis
Abstract:In order to study the best method for tissue culture and rapid propagation for Weigela coraeensis, this paper investigated the effects of different hormone combination on induction, reduplication and rooting of sterile shoots. The optimum culture media for rapid propagation of Weigela coraeensis was obtained and the results showed that the same media, that was MS+ 1.0 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.1 mg/L NAA+5 g/L active carbon+ 30 g/L sucrose + 8 g/L agar, could be used for the induction, reduplication, differentiation and rooting of sterile shoots. It provided an efficient method of in vitro rapid propagation for Weigela coraeensis.
