黄绿木霉T1010促进黄河三角洲滨海盐渍土花生生长的研究

摘    要:在黄河三角洲滨海盐渍土采用黄绿木霉T1010 (Trichoderma aureoviride 1010)制剂处理土壤观察花生生长变化,为应用T1010制剂改善盐渍土,促进花生生长发育提供理论依据和技术支持。通过植物生长指标测定法比较T1010制剂施用效果,特定物质测定观测T1010对花生的生长作用,拷种法分析花生果实不同处理的差异。试验结果表明,T1010制剂处理土壤后种植的花生,出苗好,成苗率高,植株长势好,有效茎数多;花生生长旺盛期,取功能叶片进行叶绿素等生理指标测定,黄绿木霉T1010处理组叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡罗卜素含量均大幅度提高,细胞初级代谢产物增加,其中葡萄糖提高最多,游离氨基酸、可溶性淀粉、可溶性蛋白质含量提高。花生收获期拷种结果显示,黄绿木霉T1010处理组提高了花生百果、百粒的重量和双果数,最后大幅度提高产量。T1010制剂帮助花生克服盐碱的危害,达到苗齐、苗旺,提高叶绿素含量促进光合作用,有效积累光合产物,T1010制剂作为土壤改良剂对黄河三角洲盐渍土的改良及作物结构调整作用重大。

Abstract:In this study, authors determined the effect of Trichoderma aureoviride 1010 (T1010) on peanut growth in salt-alkaline soil of the Yellow River delta area, and hope to gain information for the application of T1010 to regulate the salt-alkaline soil. The T1010 preparation could boost peanut seedling emergence rate, enhance its seedling growth condition. The plant became higher than CK. These were more effective stalk number. It enhanced the content of chlorophyll a of leaf, so chlorophyll b and carotenoid were. It could impel the content of primary metabolites, for example glucose, starch, amine acid and protein. The 100-pod weight, the 100-grain weight were increased. The number of double pod was increased. The yield of peanut was more than CK. Trichoderma was used as soil amendment for peanut in the salt-alkaline soil. The result will improve the yield and quality of peanut.
