兴山核桃优树选择研究

摘    要:初选 5 0个优系 ,单果重 7.6~ 1 5 .6g,出仁率 40 .76~ 68.5 0 g/( 1 0 0 g) ,粗脂肪含量 66.5 1~76.68g/( 1 0 0 g) ,粗蛋白含量 1 0 .84~ 2 7.78g/( 1 0 0 g) ,总糖含量 1 .74~ 5 .82 g/( 1 0 0 g) .依据《核桃丰产与坚果品质》国家标准 ,其中 1个优系达优级标准 ,1 1个优系达一级标准

Abstract:Fifty strains of walnut first selected in Xingshan were used for quality determination,in which the average weight per nut is from 7 6 to 15 6 g,the average of percent kernel is from 40 76 to 68 50 g/(100 g),the average content of crude fat is from 66 51 to 76 68 g/(100 g), the average content of crude proteins is from 10 84 to 27 7 g/(100 g),and the average content of the total sugar is from 1 74 to 5 82 g/(100 g) According to the national standard on high yield and quality of walnut,one of strain of these walnut strains comes up to the excellent level,and other elevent strains come up to the first rate level
