烤烟井窖移栽用提苗肥研究

摘    要:为探究提苗肥对井窖移栽烤烟生长的影响,并确定合适提苗肥种类,本研究利用三种不同类型提苗肥开展试验,即硝酸钾(含氮量13.5%)7.5Kg/亩(T1)、硝酸钾4.0Kg/亩+磷酸氢二铵2.6Kg/亩(T2)、磷酸氢二铵5.6Kg(T3),以不施提苗肥为对照。结果表明,提苗肥会对烤烟生长产生影响,T2处理效果最佳,该处理下株高在团棵期平均值达到21.1cm,较对照组显著高出10.47%;在圆顶期达到131.2cm,高于其他处理及对照;在圆顶期最大叶叶面积为1151.2cm2,较T1、T3处理分别显著高出10.70%和5.94%,较对照组极显著高出13.11%。茎围及叶片数在各处理间差异不显著。T2处理的烟株赤星病发病率及病情指数均为最低,较对照组分别低19.91%和15.12%。T2处理常规化学成分协调性表现更好,总糖还原糖表现适宜,糖碱比为9.99,属于优质烤烟水平。

Study on seedling fertilizer for well-cellar transplanting of flue-cured tobacco

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of seedling fertilizer on the growth of flue-cured tobacco transplanted in well cellar, and to determine the suitable types of seedling fertilizer, three different types of seedling fertilizer were used in the experiment, namely, potassium nitrate (13.5%) 7.5kg/mu (T1), potassium nitrate 4.0kg/mu + diammonium hydrogen phosphate 2.6kg/mu (T2), diammonium hydrogen phosphate 5.6kg (T3), with no seedling fertilizer as the control. The results showed that seedling fertilizer could affect the growth of flue-cured tobacco, and T2 treatment had the best effect. The average plant height of T2 treatment reached 21.1cm at the cluster stage, which was 10.47% higher than that of the control group; 131.2 cm at the dome stage, higher than other treatments and controls; The maximum leaf area was 1151.2 cm2, which was 10.70 % and 5.94 % higher than T1 and T3, and 13.11% higher than control. There was no significant difference in stem girth and leaf number among treatments. The incidence rate and disease index of T2 treated brown spot were lowest, which were 19.91% and 15.12% lower than those of control group respectively. The results showed that the coordination of conventional chemical components was better in T2 treatment, the total sugar reducing sugar was suitable, and the sugar alkali ratio was 9.99, which belonged to the level of high-quality flue-cured tobacco.
