浒苔水溶性多糖提取工艺的优化研究

摘    要:目的]优化浒苔水溶性多糖提取的工艺条件。方法]以采自于连云港海域的浒苔为试材,用热水浸提法提取浒苔多糖,采用改良蒽酮-硫酸比色法,以葡萄糖为标准品测定浒苔多糖,以浸提温度、浸提时间、固液比和醇沉浓度为因素,通过L9(3^4)正交试验对热水浸提法提取浒苔多糖的工艺进行优化,确定最佳提取工艺参数。结果]正交试验表明,影响浒苔多糖提取率的因素大小顺序为:浸提温度〉料液比〉醇沉浓度〉浸提时间。热水法提取浒苔多糖的最佳工艺组合为:浸提温度90℃、醇沉浓度70%、料液比1:75、浸提时间4h。结论]该试验结果可为浒苔多糖的产业化生产提供一定参考。
