乙酸对缺氧/SBR反应系统脱氮除磷效率的影响

摘    要:把缺氧反应器和SBR反应器串联,在缺氧反应器中加入乙酸,考察乙酸的最适投加量,并找出SBR反应器在乙酸影响下的反应条件。试验结果表明,在缺氧区,去除1 mg磷大约需要加入6 mg 乙酸,反应时间为6 h;在SBR反应系统采取曝气时间为5 h,曝气量为2.0 m3/L,MLSS为2 000 mg/L及沉淀时间为60 min运行时,TN和TP的去除率分别为95.62%和97.83%。未经过缺氧区对TN和TP的去除率分别为92.29%和85.99%。在缺氧区加入乙酸可以有效地提高TN和TP的去除效率。

Abstract:The experiment connected anoxic reactor and SBR reactor by adding acetic acid in anoxic reactor. Study the optimal dosage of acetic acid and find out reaction condition of SBR reactor under the influence of acetic acid. Experiment results showed that in anoxic zone every 1mg phosphor needed 6 mg acetic acid dosage its reaction time was 6 h. Aeration in the SBR response system time was 5 h, Aeration capacity was 2.0 m3/L, MLSS were 2 000 mg/L and precipitation time was 60 min. The removal rates of TN and TP were 95.62% and 97.83%. Without the anoxic zone TN and TP removal rates were 92.29% and 85.99%. Therefore in the anoxic zone by adding acetic acid can effectively improve the efficiency of TN and TP removal.
