| 摘 要： | 紫阳县是我国已发现的第2个高硒区。紫阳茶不但品质优异,而且含硒水平高。产地取样分析结果表明,紫阳茶平均含硒0.6±0.6ppm,变幅在0.103—3.854ppm之间。全县52个主产茶乡(场)调查表明,茶叶中含硒水平在0.10—0.35ppm之间的有17个,面积占31%,产量占27%≥0.35ppm的有35个,面积占69%,产量占73%。5克茶两次冲泡浸出硒为0.31微克,浸出率占硒总量购10%。本文还对茶叶的含硒标准进行了讨沦,认为争≥5.00ppm为高硒茶,<5.00ppm≥0.35ppm为富硒茶,<0.35ppm≥0.10ppm为中硒茶,<0.10ppm为低硒茶。

Investigation on the Selenium Content in Ziyang Tea |

| Abstract: | Ziyang county is the second high-selenium area discovered in China.The tea produced in Ziyang county not only possesses the high quality,but also contains a high level of selenium.Analysis of tea samples Collected from the productive area showed that the average selenium content inZiyang tea was 0.6±0.6ppm(ranged 0.103—3,854 ppm).Survey on the 52main tea producing villages in Ziyang county showed that the seleniumlevel in the 17 tea samples ranged from 0.1 to 0.35 ppm,the area occupied31% of the total,the yield occupied 27% of the total;35 tea samples≥0.35ppm,the area and yield represented 69% and 73% respectively.The concentration of selenium in tea infusion(5 g.made tea brewed 2 times)was 0.31 μg.According to the results of investigation,the division on thestandard of selenium content in made tea was suggested by authors asfollows:≥5.00 ppm for high-selenium tea,<5.00—≥0.35ppm for mediumhigh,<0.35—≥0.10 ppm for medium,<0.10 ppm for low. |
