| 摘 要： | 为了解附红细胞体在贵阳市大型规模化养牛场牛群中的分布情况,采取血样,通过姬姆萨染色法和悬滴镜检法调查了贵阳市4个规模化牛场附红细胞体感染情况,再采集阳性牛抗凝血接种小白鼠作动物感染试验。结果表明:4个养牛场均存在附红细胞体隐性感染,感染率为23.5%~45%;对不同检测方法进行比较,姬姆萨染色法检测附红细胞体阳性率高于悬滴法;阳性血液能感染小白鼠出现附红细胞体。

| Abstract: | In order to know the status of the Eperythrozoon infection in large scale cow farms in Guiyang city,the investigation were carried out at 4 large scale cow farms with Giemsa staining and direct microscopic examination.Animal infected test was done by vaccination with positive cow anticoagulant blood to small white mice.The results indicated that parts of the cows in the 4 farms have been infected by Eperythrozoon with infection rates of 23.5% ~ 45%.Comparing to the determination methods,Giemsa staining had ... |
