| 摘 要： | 通过比较大宗食用植物油的品质特性,以及分析我国食用植物油的消费与供给、油菜的生产现状及存在问题与发展潜力,明确了我国油菜生产在我国植物油供给中的重要地位,发展油菜生产是保障我国食用油供给的根本途径。并由此提出了发展油菜生产的主要措施：加强油菜相关研究,着实解决我国油菜生产上存在的问题；规范种业市场,促进我国油菜种业健康发展；加强油菜籽的加工研究与利用,提高附加值。
