摘    要:为筛选用于五氯酚污染土壤植物修复的备选植物材料,采用土培试验,设置5个不同浓度的五氯酚污染处理,通过观测植株地茎、株高和生物量等3个指标对8个不同的供试杨树品系进行了生长适应性评价.结果显示,LA08-N26生物量最大,株高受土壤中五氯酚浓度的影响最小;LA02-N26和2A07N33生物量小于LA08-N26,其株高及地茎受到的影响较小.这3个杨树品系均在五氯酚污染土壤上具有较强的适应能力,可以作为修复五氯酚污染土壤的备选植物材料.其余供试品系因观测指标易受污染浓度影响,初步判断不适合在五氯酚污染的土壤上生长.

Abstract:Five treatment with different levels of pentachlorophenol pollution were designed to screen the candidate plants that may serve as phytoremediation of pentachlorophenol-contaminated soil in the present study.Tree diameter,individual height and fresh weight were employed to investigate the growth adaptability of eight popular lines under the tested stresses.The results showed that LA08-N26,whose diameter was the least inhibited among the tested lines,gave the highest biomass and individual height.Thus,this l...
