土壤施富硒有机肥对‘嘎拉’苹果果实硒含量和品质的影响

摘    要:以10年生嘎拉/八棱海棠为试材,在不同生育期土壤施用不同量的富硒有机肥,探讨果实硒含量和品质的变化规律。结果表明:开花期,施用150、225、300 g/hm^2的富硒有机肥,果实硒含量分别为0.003、0.006、0.009 mg/kg;果实膨大期,施用150、225、300 g/hm^2的富硒有机肥,果实硒含量分别为0.003、0.012、0.020 mg/kg;开花期和果实膨大期均分别施用150、225、300 g/hm^2的富硒有机肥,果实硒含量分别为0.006、0.014、0.021 mg/kg。土壤施硒量与果实可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、维生素C含量呈极显著正相关,与可滴定酸含量呈极显著负相关;随着施硒量的增加,果实糖酸比提高,改善了果实风味。果实膨大期土壤施用300 g/hm^2富硒有机肥,‘嘎拉’果实硒含量达到0.020 mg/kg,与对照相比,可溶性固形物含量增加了3.16%,可溶性糖含量增加了4.30%,糖酸比达62.48,维生素C含量增加了5.53%,可滴定酸含量降低了9.71%,最为经济有效。

Abstract:In this paper,10-year-old Gala/Malus micromalus(Carr.)Rehd.was used as experimental material to discuss the changes of selenium(Se)content and quality of fruits under different treatment conditions.The results showed that the Se content of fruit was 0.003,0.006 and 0.009 mg/kg when applying 150,225 and 300 g/hm^2 Se organic fertilizer in the flowering stage;the Se content of fruit was 0.003,0.012 and 0.020 mg/kg when applying 150,225 and 300 g/hm^2 Se organic fertilizer in the fruit expansion stage;the Se content of fruit was 0.006,0.014 and 0.021 mg/kg when applying 150,225 and 300 g/hm^2 in the flowering stage and fruit expansion stage.And that the application of Se organic fertilizer to soil can increase the soluble solids,total sugar and Vc content of the fruit,increase the ratio of apple sugar to acid and reduce the total acid content,thus improving fruit flavor and quality.In general,when soil was applied with 300 g/hm^2 Se during fruit expansion,the Se content of fruits reached 0.020 mg/kg.Compared with the control group,the soluble solid content increased by 3.16%,total sugar content increased by 4.30%,sugar-acid ratio was 62.48,Vc content increased by 5.53%and total acid content decreased by 9.71%.The treatment was the most economical.
