| 摘 要： | 活体采卵(Ovum Pick-up,OPU)可生产大量遗传品质优良、系谱明确的体外受精胚胎,成为牛胚胎移植的重要胚胎来源,在奶牛和肉牛生产中得到广泛应用。本文综述了牛OPU技术特点和优势,重点分析了影响OUP效率的因素,以期为牛OUP胚胎生产提供参考。

| Abstract: | The Ovum Pick-up technology(OPU)has been widely used in cattle and beeves production for its advantages in embryo transplantation that can give rise to embryos with high genetic quality.This paper is going to make a review of OPU with the focus on its efficiency determinants and provide some suggestions on OPU embryo production.The number of extra embryo grow in vivo has not been enhanced though embryo transplantation has been widely used.In recent years,fertilized eggs in vitro has become a major resource of embryo transplantation,especially the eggs from OPU.In OPU,oocytes are fetched from ovary of cows alive with the assistant of ultrasound,which can be used in embryo production in vitro.Thus the fertility of cows and the usage of eggs shifted up a lot with the developing of OPU which is used worldwide. |
